Leadership is a true passion of mine. I have extensive experience and an exemplary track record of fostering professional growth, creating opportunities for the teams I lead. In my last three Creative Director roles, I restructured and grew my teams into highly productive, award-winning in-house agencies. I am adept at recognizing and leveraging the strengths of my teams, and deploying their skillsets to meet business objectives. I’ve taken leadership training courses to elevate my capacities with emotional intelligence, management, team building, strategic planning, effective communication, employee engagement, and culture, enabling me to support a positive, productive work environment, as well as my staff members’ professional development. I not only provide creative direction, I also serve as a professional mentor, offering guidance and support, championing and instilling confidence in my staff to strive for professional integrity, growth and excellence.
